Hours and Days of Operations:
Open Thursday through Monday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Admission Prices:
$7 for adults.
Free for children 16 years and younger.
NM residents admitted free the first Sunday of every month with ID.
Museum of New Mexico Foundation Members free with membership card.
Also free to Fort Stanton, Inc. members, Native/Tribal affiliations, disabled veterans, and foster families.

Directions:
Fort Stanton is located just off the Billy the Kid Scenic Byway (Hwy 380) on Hwy 220 at the Bonito River. The turnoff to Hwy 220 is 4 miles southeast of Capitan on the Byway or 10 miles west of Lincoln, NM.
