ASL INTERPRETATION
Not presently available at Los Luceros Historic Site.
PARKING AND ENTRANCE
Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the visitor lot at Los Luceros Historic Site.
- During normal business hours, there are two paved ADA accessible parking spaces at the west end of the first row in the lower parking lot, near the Visitor Center.
- During special events, additional ADA spaces are added along the first row of the lower parking lot. These are graveled, unpaved spots.
The accessible route of access from the parking area to the entrance is a paved ADA accessible path from the ADA spaces into the Visitor Center.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Dogs and other animals which qualify as Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome at the Los Luceros Historic Site and are exempt from fees.
Under the New Mexico Service Animal Act of 2013, Emotional Support Animals and pets are not considered service animals.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Wheelchairs are not available at Los Luceros Historic Site.
The Visitor Center, Video Room, Community Room, and Restrooms are on 1 level and ADA accessible.
The paths between the historic buildings are unpaved. Accommodation for driving access to the historic district is available during normal business days. During large events, driving access is not available.
Motorized scooters are permitted onsite.
The Bathhouse Restrooms are ADA accessible.
The Victorian Cottage is on 1 level, there is a step up to enter.
The Hacienda is on 2 levels, but does not have an elevator. There is a step down to enter.
The Chapel is on 1 level with a step down to enter.
ACCESSIBLE PROGRAMS
Programs presented in the Community Room are accessible to wheelchairs.
