Join Ranger Mike and help us harvest the chile and vegetables from our very own foodways garden. Learn the process of roasting chile, making your own delicious salsa, and canning. Come check out New Mexico No. 9., Heritage Big Jim, Heritage 62, and other chile varieties planted in the spring. Cooking outdoors is contingent on weather and fire restrictions.
