Children ages 10 and older are invited for a new STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) Sunday program at Los Luceros Historic Site. This week’s program will investigate fractal patterns found in nature.

Do you know what a fractal is? Would you like to find out? Math is all around us! Fractals exist in nature and can be found everywhere. Participants will explore the site in search of fractal patterns and then create patterns of their own in the classroom.

For ages 10 and older. Pre-registration is not required. Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay for the class. Site visitation is $7 per adult and free to children 16 and younger.
