Join Interpretive Ranger Kara on a guided ranger tour through Los Luceros’ historic district on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. - noon. She will discuss the history of the site, its buildings, and the fantastic characters of its past. Guests will be guided around the site and its buildings, including the Victorian Cottage, the plans for which were purchased from a catalogue by Abel Lucero near the beginning of the 20th century. They will also be able to see the 19th century capilla, or chapel, which houses fantastic religious artwork by santera Clare Cresap Villa. Visitors will also learn about other interesting characters from the past who lived and worked on the property.

Note: The Hacienda is currently closed due to restoration taking place, so we will not go inside the building.
