Presented by Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area (NRGNHA) and held at Los Luceros Historic Site, discover the art and science of creating beautiful, natural paints and dyes from everyday household items, plants, vegetables, and even insects. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to transform these natural materials into vibrant pigments and use them to create a stunning watercolor artwork. Whether a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and explore sustainable art practices.
