Sunrise Over the Ruins: Riparian Areas and Birding
At Fort Selden Historic Site

Join Fort Selden Historic Site staff to see the sunrise from the east over the historic ruins and views to the west of the Robledo Mountains. The site will open at 6 a.m. for birding, photography, painting, wildlife viewing, and the cool, fresh morning air. At 8 a.m., take a walk down to the well house and learn all about the riparian areas of the Mesilla Valley and do a little birding.
All programming on this day is included as part of general admission. $5/adult. Free for children 16 years and younger. Call 575-526-8911 for more information.
