Come out to Fort Selden and learn about adobe restoration and preservation. Fort Selden site staff will be combating the effects of time and weather on the horno (outdoor adobe oven), restoring it to its former glory. This event will showcase that work, as well as how time and weather have affected the horno, and why preservation and restoration is important at Fort Selden. This workshop will help get our horno ready for future cooking demonstrations.
